1. Take a stroll through Brisbane’s Entertaining South Bank........... If you like exercise you will like this journey. You can either walk or cycle. It is famous for its array of leisure activities, entertainment and recreational fun stuff to do. The South Bank includes 17 aches of beautiful parklands to explore and also has many galleries, museums, bars and restaurant. This places really does have it all under one roof. If you want fun, take a ride on the wheel of Brisbane and take in all the amazing surroundings and views. If you have no fear you can even walk up and over it, for that ultimate adrenaline rush. It does cost a bit, however if you are not scared of heights, the experience is completely worth it. A nice relaxing walk is around the Opera house. Not as grand as the Sydney Opera House but has a are of beauty all of its own..

2. Climb Brisbane’s Story Bridge

If you enjoy adventure yo uwill love climimg Brisbane’s iconic Story Bridge. At the top you will get a glimpse of this amazing city from a spectacular view point. If you climb back dawn, during the day or in the twilight or at night, you will encounter brath taking views of the Glasshouse Mountains and south to the World Heritage-listed Gold Coast Hinterland. If you want to keep that energy high, simply take the 30 meter abseil back down. It gives people the ultimate boost makes them feel like they could keep on walking for days.

3. Eat in Brisbane’s Best Restaurants

Brisbane has some amazing and exquisite restaurants. Many of them overlook the twinkling lights of Story Bridge and the river ferries that slide on by.

4. Get fit whilst enjoying “Paddle and Prawns”

If you like kayaking then this is a must! You can guide your own kayak up the gorgeous Brisbane River on weekend nights. Take it the glistening lights of Brisbane cities lights and then relax with a scrumptious meal of of fresh prawns or a barbecue. Be sure to wash it down with beer or wine!

5. Visit Stradbroke Island

You will receive a laid back time at North Stradbroke Island (known adoringly as “Straddie”) . It is only a just short ferry ride from Brisbane. You can go by yourself or create a package deal with a tour company. Packages can include sandboarding, eco-touring, 4WD tours and kayaking. You can also watch gorgeous dolphins surf the waves and watch beautiful bird life and take lots of stunning photographs. The beaches here are beautiful and very untouched.
